Reflexsat IPTV is an independent seller. We are not the official website, owner or authorized representative of any broadcaster, sports league, streaming platform or other IPTV brand, and we are not affiliated with other websites or apps that use a similar name.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to order a subscription.
How ordering works
- You send a subscription, renewal or free trial request through this website or contact us directly.
- Sending a request is not a purchase and doesn’t create a subscription. We review it and confirm availability, the setup for your device and — for renewals — eligibility.
- If we can provide the service, we send you payment instructions for the confirmed plan.
- An order is complete when we confirm we’ve received your payment. We then send your activation details.
We may decline a request, for example if we can’t provide the service for your setup or suspect misuse.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars on our pricing page. Each combination of plan length and connections has one fixed price, and the price confirmed in your payment instructions is the listed price for your plan. If sales tax or a payment fee applies, it is stated in your payment instructions before you pay.
We don’t take payments through this website. Only follow payment instructions you receive from the contact details listed on this website. We will never ask for your passwords.
If we change our prices, the change doesn’t affect an order we’ve already confirmed.
Connections and use
Your plan includes the number of connections you chose — the number of streams that can play at the same time. Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use in your household. You agree not to resell, share access beyond your connections, record or redistribute content, or use the service in breach of any law. You are responsible for having a compatible device, player app and internet connection, and for making sure your use is lawful where you watch.
Free trials
Free trials are offered at our discretion. A trial request is reviewed by our team, is not activated automatically, and may be limited or unavailable at times.
Renewals
We can renew only accounts we are able to verify. When you send a renewal request, we check eligibility and tell you before you pay. We can’t renew subscriptions bought from other providers unless we confirm it’s possible. Plans don’t renew automatically — each renewal is a new request and payment.
Content and availability
Subscriptions are organized into live TV, movies, series, kids and documentaries. The channels and titles available depend on the rights held by our content sources and may change over time. We don’t guarantee that any specific channel, program or event will be available. Stream quality depends on the source, your device and your internet connection. We may need to interrupt the service for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Refunds and cancellation
Before you pay, we tell you in writing the refund and cancellation terms that apply to your order. If we’re unable to activate a subscription you’ve paid for, we’ll refund the amount you paid for it. Because plans don’t renew automatically, there’s nothing to cancel to stop future charges. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Our responsibility
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses caused by your device, internet connection, third-party apps or events outside our reasonable control, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn’t exclude liability that can’t be excluded by law.
